If you have a problem with the product you purchased that cannot be solved by technical support or sales staff, you can request a product return. As a first step, fill in the product return form.
This form must be completed in full. We will respond as soon as possible.
Send the products back in the original packaging. Your product return requests for products damaged by inadequate packaging may result in negative results. Please use an outer protective box to prevent damage during transport. Returns of food, beverages and software products are not accepted.
